b. Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. App Usage and Information Submission
a. App Purpose: The Takeout Monster app is designed for App Users to provide information about food and conduct evaluations. It is not intended for the purpose of ordering food.b.
Information Ownership: App Users retain ownership of the information submitted through the app. By providing information, App Users grant Takeout Monster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute the submitted information for the purposes outlined in these Terms.
5. Collaboration with Restaurants
a. Data Provision: Takeout Monster collaborates with restaurant businesses to enhance their understanding of off-premise food operations. Data collected from App Users may be provided to Customers for this purpose.
b. Confidentiality: Takeout Monster will handle all data with the utmost confidentiality. Any data shared with Customers will be anonymized and aggregated to protect the privacy of App Users.
6. Content and Conduct
a. User Content: You are solely responsible for any content you submit to the Platform, including reviews and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Takeout Monster a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content.
b. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that may violate these Terms or any applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, interfering with the proper functioning of the Platform, and violating the rights of others.
